Standard rate shipping to mainland Spain takes between 48 to 72 hours, starting from the day the package leaves our facilities.

For the Balearic Islands, your order will arrive within 3 to 4 business days, starting from the day it leaves our facilities.

At the moment, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

RETURNS

Returns are only accepted if the product has a manufacturing defect. In that case, we will cover the return shipping costs. For size exchanges, we offer our own correct size guarantee.

CORRECT SIZE GUARANTEE (only for the Menstrual Cup)

We understand that choosing the right menstrual cup size can raise a lot of questions. That’s why we offer a correct size guarantee.

It’s generally recommended to try the menstrual cup for about three cycles to get used to it. If after this time you suspect it’s not the right size and the cup hasn’t been damaged, we’ll exchange it for a different size—no problem. Just contact us at: info@papayacup.com

Do I have to sterilize the cup every time I use it?

It's not necessary to sterilize it every time you empty or change it—washing it thoroughly is enough. It is recommended to sterilize the cup at the beginning and end of your period.

How long should the sterilizer be in the microwave?

You should sterilize your cup for 3 minutes—no more, as it could get damaged. During those minutes in the microwave, it’s normal for the lid to pop off. Be careful when removing it, as the water will be very hot.
